GETMEOWTAHERE! Excellent advice from our friend Duane Hook.
If you have tried the methods described in the links above, and the cat has been stuck in the tree for over 24 hours, it's time to start planning a rescue.
Send an email to cat-rescue@bayareatreeclimbing.groups.io with the following information:
Location (intersection + city is fine).
Phone number
How long the cat has been in the tree
Optional but helpful:
Photos of the tree (including the area around the tree and any relevant hazards such as power lines)
Approximate location of the cat in the tree if not visible in the photos.
If you have permission to access the tree (if in a neighbors yard, for example)
